Pemahn was appointed as a subconsultant for Mol Pro Consulting (Pty) Ltd for rehabilitation of provincial road from Deneysville to Jim Fouche (44km) in the north of Free State Province. Pemahn was to provide the services of a Team Leader responsible for preliminary and detailed geometric, traffic, pavement, and hydraulic/drainage designs. Performing duties and responsibilities of the contracts engineer during construction. (GCC 2010).
