Pemahn was appointed as a subconsultant for Mol Pro Consulting (Pty) Ltd for upgrading of a provincial road from Deneysville to Heilbron (35km). Pemahn was appointed to provide the service of a Team Leader responsible for preliminary and detailed geometric, traffic, pavement and hydraulic/drainage designs. Performing duties and responsibilities of the contracts engineer during construction. (GCC 2010).
